Is The Euro Mullet Still In Style?

Not to pick on my cycling pal but I have to ask this question.
Is the Euro Mullet still in style?
And if so… is there any difference between the Euro Mullet and the good old American Mullet? I know a couple of years back Tom Boonen was sporting the special style. He may still have a similar cut… I haven’t seen a recent picture.
But here’s my buddy Brian… sporting the Euro Mullet. I believe he has said it’s just enough curl to flutter in the wind as he cranks out the miles.

Brian says his girlfriend digs it so I guess that’s good enough. What do you think and have you ever had a mullet (Euro or Americana)? If you have… please send pictures. Maybe we can judge to see who had/has the best.

IAN– Nice… I was wondering who would work that phrase in and you hit it right on the head. Good laugh.
Donald,
I strongly doubt that I ever said ANYTHING to Brian supporting his “mullet”. In fact, I have harassed him about cutting it off on more than one occasion.
The ONLY people who can have mullets with pride (and that doesn’t mean that they look cool with them by the way) are hair band members, Nascar fans, and trailer trash (which you and your lovely wife pulled off quite well at Halloween if I’m not mistaken?!)
P.S.- Just as a side note… the BEST type of mullet can be seen here : http://www.jimhateswork.com/mullet.JPG
I’m happy to report to mullet is still very high on the fashion agenda amongst A-Grade Brisbane cyclists. That, of course, doesn’t answer your question.

I don’t think I’ve ever had enough hair for it to convey ‘Business in the front, Party in the back.’
