Off Season Training
November… really? What a day… mid 70’s and sunny. I was thinking how much we should enoy this weather especially on a bike.
Then I thought back to last year and a very cold snow day on Sugar Mountain. 
These pictures of me with my fellow cycling pal, Jeff, were a great reminder of how good we’ve got it. 
But remember… when you think you just don’t feel like riding, it could turn out to be an adventure like this!

it’s a cold rainy day at southpoint prepping for the tree…good thing this weekend is going to have festive weather…maybe you can bike to the event?????
