Off Season Training

pict0120.jpg November… really?  What a day… mid 70’s and sunny.  I was thinking how much we should enoy this weather especially on a bike.
Then I thought back to last year and a very cold snow day on Sugar Mountain. pict0126.jpgThese pictures of me with my fellow cycling pal, Jeff, were a great reminder of how good we’ve got it.  pict0133.jpg

But remember… when you think you just don’t feel like riding, it could turn out to be an adventure like this!

it’s a cold rainy day at southpoint prepping for the tree…good thing this weekend is going to have festive weather…maybe you can bike to the event????? :)

This is crazy! I can’t believe the snow and your biking in it! I can’t even walk in snow, let alone bike in it! I’m always afraid I’m going to get hit by a car when I ride my bike. Is there anywhere safe to ride around here?
